ABOUT THIS POLICY

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale (which can be found here).

We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 8 November 2018.

This Policy applies to products purchased from products from https://store.honda.co.uk (the “Website”).

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For detailed information about your legal rights and remedies, please contact the Citizens Advice Bureau.

YOUR RIGHTS TO END YOUR CONTRACT

You can choose to cancel your order at any time before the product has been dispatched to you.

If the product has been dispatched you must inform us, within 14 days after the day you receive the products or, if you are receiving multiple products, 14 days after the day you receive the last delivery of products.

Please contact us as soon as possible using the relevant information in the Contact Us section of the Website or by an online message via “My Account” on the Website.

COSTS OF RETURN

If you have simply changed your mind about the product: You will be able to get a refund for the price you paid for the product. It is your responsibility to get it back to the address of the dealer who delivered it and you will have to pay the costs incurred by this.

If what you have bought is faulty: We will arrange for one of our dealers to collect the products from you and we will cover the costs of this. We will cover the costs of getting the machine repaired under warranty and back out to you or, if you prefer, you will be eligible for a refund.

Deductions from refunds: We reserve the right to reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any use you have had of the products or any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way, which would not be permitted in a shop.

HOW AND WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible but within 14 days of your telling us of your decision to end the contract.
