Delivery Process

1. Our Authorised Dealers

All of our products are delivered by our authorised Honda dealers on our behalf.

Our Honda dealers will prepare the products for delivery and will contact you directly to arrange a time and date for delivery.

Due to the care our authorised Honda Dealers take in inspecting and building up your product prior to delivery, please allow up to 5-10 working days from your order being accepted, depending on your location. We aim to deliver your order in accordance within the estimated delivery timescales set out below:

  • Mainland England and Wales: 5 working days
  • Mainland Scotland: 6 working days
  • Highlands: 7 working days
  • Isle of Wight: 7 working days
  • Shetlands: 10 working days
  • Orkney: 10 working days

*Please note: we no longer deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. However, we do have authorised Honda dealers in these locations. To find your nearest dealer, please click here

2. Delivery

You must be present (and over the age of 18) at the time of delivery. This is because our Honda dealers will need to talk you through the product and demonstrate how it works.

We cannot deliver products to a safe place or to neighbours.

Your delivery address must be the same as your billing address.

3. Collection

You can request to collect your product rather than have it delivered.

You will need to request a collection from the Honda dealer when they contact you to arrange delivery.

Products will need to be collected from the Honda dealer’s trading address during trading hours (the details of which can be obtained from the Honda dealer). You will need to bring your payment card to the dealer as proof of identity in order to collect the product.

The Honda dealer will inform you when the product is ready for collection.
