Delivery Process

1. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier or by an authorised Honda dealer on our behalf, depending on location.

All products are assembled and prepared prior to delivery. If being delivered by an authorised Honda dealer they will contact you directly to arrange a time and date for delivery. If being delivered by a Courier the Courier will advise you if they attempted delivery and were not able to deliver. They will provide you with options to re-attempt.

Due to the care taken when inspecting and building up your product prior to delivery, please allow up to 5-10 working days from your order being accepted, depending on your location. We aim to deliver your order in accordance with the estimated delivery timescales set out below:

Mainland England and Wales: 5 working days
Mainland Scotland: 6 working days
Isle of Wight: 7 working days
Northern Ireland: 10 working days

*Please note: we no longer deliver to the Chanel Islands, Isle of Man, or Scottish Islands. However, we do have authorised Honda dealers in most of these locations. To find your nearest dealer, please click here

You must be present (and over the age of 18) at the time of delivery.

We cannot deliver products to a safe place or to neighbours.

Your delivery address must be the same as your billing address.

2. Collection

You can request to collect your product rather than have it delivered. Please do this at the point of placing the order via our LiveChat or your account.

If you wish to collect, products will need to be collected from your local Honda dealer’s trading address during trading hours (the details of which will be confirmed at the point of requesting collection). You will need to bring your payment card to the dealer as proof of identity in order to collect the product.

The Honda dealer will inform you when the product is ready for collection
